Woodside
Trails provides counseling to the alumni of our therapeutic camp who
are still in state care and “after care” mental health
and other services including temporary living quarters, family mediation,
and communication and conflict resolution skills training to alumni
and other youths who have aged out of the Texas foster care system.
Our volunteers give you someone to talk to when you find you have
lost your way. In cooperation with Eagle Pines Academy, we plan a
trade school in the renewable energy and sustainable living field.
Woodside Trails, located near Smithville, Texas, has been caring for
abused and abandoned boys since 1982.
Alumni
and other former foster children who would like to avail themselves
of our services and/or who would like to apply for the trade school
at Eagle Pines Academy can call us at 512-237-4602
or email us at WoodsideTrails@gmail.com.
We require a commitment to Responsible Community Living and Communication.
Our community replicates many of the elements of the therapeutic community
that was alive at Woodside Trails.
We
are a tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organization. If you wish to make a tax-deductible
financial contribution to Woodside Trails, please use the link on
this page, email us at WoodsideTrails@gmail.com, or write to us at
